September is the International Month of Raising Awareness of the Fight Against Childhood Cancer. The Saint Andrew’s Foundation, for the thirteenth time, joins the international campaign “Golden September” with the “Festival of Life.”

Be my voice in September! – is this year’s message of the festival.

On September 12, the main event of the “Festival of Life” was held in Mtatsminda Park. Along with the children’s entertainment program, a charity exhibition – sale was held. At the end of the day, the golden symbol of the fight against childhood cancer was lit up over the city.

The Foundation has cared for more than 800 children and families with cancer over the past 15 years. At present, the Foundation continues to care for 44 children with cancer. The “Happy Home” Foundation’s guesthouse, which has 14 guest rooms, can accommodate at least 28 people. Our foster children, during the treatment and rehabilitation process, live with their family members in the well-equipped space of the Foundation. In addition to living selflessly in the “Happy Home,” the Foundation ensures the preparation of necessary documentation for treatment, timely organization of necessary research, and financing research and medicines if necessary.
